Here's Finger Drill No. 4 for you steno gluttons for punishment.

This finger drill is especially suited for folks like me who have an issue with the W- showing up in words that start with WH-. I keep saying I have freakishly long middle fingers that prevents me from hitting it cleanly, but my teacher says it's probably just some bad muscle memory I've built up. That's probably partially true. :)
